Howard was great from start to finish. Persistent is what he was and what he needed to be when trying to buy a home in this housing climate. We had 2-3 offers fall through due to the “ games “ that can be played by sellers when navigating through the home buying process. When our offers were not accepted, the next day Howard and another group of homes lined up for us to pick through and then to head to the open house. We had a few particular requirements that Howard had to keep in mind when selecting homes for us to consider but he never grew tired of us and worked until we found our forever home. One of the most stressful but ultimately rewarding processes to go through and Howard communicated with us each step of the way.
